Kim Kardashian might face severe penalties — as severe as shedding custody — for not taking ex-husband Kanye West to courtroom if he poses a hazard to his kids … so says Dr. Phil.

Dr. Phil appeared on the most recent episode of the “2 Offended Males“ podcast with Harvey and Mark Geragos, and he had quite a bit to say about Kim’s predicament with Kanye. As we reported, the most recent blowup occurred when Kim yanked North out of Kanye’s recording studio after Kanye invited the notorious Tate brothers to affix them. Kim felt any interplay with the brothers would pose a hazard to her youngsters.

And that is the issue, Phil says. If Kanye’s erratic habits — which incorporates telling the world in his view the man makes the ultimate choice on all the things — poses a hazard and Kim does nothing, authorities might step in and take away the youngsters from the house.
