A soccer coach who a Los Angeles household says was the final one that had contact with their useless son is being charged with the boy’s homicide … TMZ has realized.
The lacking 13-year-old boy Oscar Omar Hernandez was discovered useless in a ditch final week in Oxnard and his household says he was final seen along with his soccer coach, 43-year-old Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino.
Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ … Aquino is being charged with Oscar’s homicide.
As we reported … Aquino was named an individual of curiosity within the boy’s disappearance — and he was arrested final week by LAPD detectives on a warrant from an unrelated sexual assault case that was beforehand investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division.
Los Angeles County District Legal professional Nathan J. Hochman, LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell and Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna are holding a press convention later as we speak to announce the homicide cost in opposition to Aquino.
