EXCLUSIVE: New Amsterdam star Ryan Eggold rounds out the collection common forged of FX‘s drama pilot Seven Sisters. He joins Elizabeth Olsen, Cristin Milioti, Meredith Hagner, Odessa Younger, Zoë Winters, Bridget Brown, and Carolyn Kettig, who play the titular sisters, Philip Ettinger, who performs their brother, and Anthony Edwards and J. Smith-Cameron, who play the octet’s mother and father.

Seven Sisters, from FX Productions, follows a big, tight-knit household that begins to unravel when a sister (Olsen) begins speaking with a voice nobody else can hear, forcing them to confront long-buried secrets and techniques.

Eggold will play Adrienne’s (Olsen) husband, a former addict, which he talks about regularly on his in style podcast.

Seven Sisters is government produced by Will Arbery, who wrote the pilot; Sean Durkin, who will direct it; and Garrett Basch.

Following his breakout function on NBC’s The Blacklist, Eggold was tapped for the lead of the community’s medical drama New Amsterdam, which ran for 5 seasons. He’s coming off a season-long villain arc on Season 1 of Prime Video’s Cross. Eggold additionally starred reverse Daniel Dae Kim in his Broadway debut in Yellow Face final fall. He’s repped by Gersh, 3 Arts, and lawyer David Matlof.
