Virginia Giuffre, the girl who publicly accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, has reportedly died by suicide. She was 41.
Western Australia Police Drive responded to a name on Friday at 9:50pm at a residence in Neergabby, the place Giuffre was discovered unresponsive, in line with TMZ. First responders tried to revive her, however she was pronounced useless on the scene.
In a press release shared with Folks, her household introduced, “Giuffre misplaced her life to suicide, after being a lifelong sufferer of sexual abuse and intercourse trafficking. Virginia was a fierce warrior within the struggle towards sexual abuse and intercourse trafficking. She was the sunshine that lifted so many survivors. Regardless of all of the adversity she confronted in her life, she shone so vibrant. She will probably be missed past measure. The sunshine of her life had been her youngsters Christian, Noah, and Emily.
“It was when she held her new child daughter in her arms that Virginia realized she needed to struggle again towards those that had abused her and so many others,” they added. “There are not any phrases that may specific the grave loss we really feel at the moment with the passing of our candy Virginia. She was heroic and can all the time be remembered for her unimaginable braveness and loving spirit. In the long run, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it turned insufferable for Virginia to deal with its weight. We all know that she is with the angels.”
In 2019, Giuffre publicly accused Epstein of trafficking her when she was 17 and forcing her to have intercourse with him and his pals, together with Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell. She has since advocated for justice for different intercourse visitors survivors.
