EXCLUSIVE: Jackrabbit Media has picked up world gross sales rights and North American distribution on The Model. The corporate will introduce the title to worldwide consumers at this week’s Cannes market.
The Model is written and directed by John Berardo (Initiation) and stars Isabella Gomez (One Day at a Time), Krystle Martin (The Imply One), Lindsay LaVanchy (Predator: Killer of Killers), Jack Sochet (Smile) and Maxwell Hamilton (I Don’t Really feel at House in This World Anymore).
The movie follows Liana Rojas (Gomez), who discovers the downtown Los Angeles constructing the place her sister died is haunted by the ghost of a mutilation-obsessed killer. As possession grips the group, Liana and her associates should uncover the constructing’s secrets and techniques earlier than they too lose their lives—or limbs.
