The case, in fact, stemmed from a run-in Diaz had with a Las Vegas nightclub worker again in August 2024.
Diaz was accused of placing the person within the face — as he and his acquaintances had been attempting to get into the Omnia at Caesars Palace.
Goodman acknowledged the confrontation did occur — however he was adamant his consumer was merely defending himself.
We have reached out to prosecutors for remark, however up to now, we have but to listen to again.
As for Diaz — who final fought within the UFC in 2022 — he is not but publicly spoken in regards to the matter.
