The hit Broadway musical Demise Turns into Her starring Megan Hilty and Jennifer Simard leads the listing of nominations for this 12 months’s Outer Critics Circle Awards, the group introduced this morning.

The musical garnered 12 nominations, together with Excellent New Musical and nominations for Simard and featured performer Christopher Sieber. Coming in at #2 was the musical Perhaps Glad Ending starring Darren Criss with 9 nominations.

Within the non-musical play classes, Stranger Issues: The First Shadow snared probably the most nominations, with a complete of seven, adopted by The Hills of California with six.

The winners of the seventy fifth Anniversary Outer Critics Circle Awards will probably be introduced on Monday, Might 12, 2025 adopted by an awards ceremony held on Thursday, Might 22, 2025.

Nominees for the annual John Gassner Award — for a brand new American play, ideally by a brand new playwright — are: Turning into Eve by Emil Weinstein; Good Night time, and Good Luck by George Clooney and Grant Heslov; Pre-Present Situation by Marin Eire; Nonetheless by Lia Romeo; and Walden by Amy Berryman.

A pair apparent snubs: Clooney didn’t get nominated within the performing classes, and nor did Jonathan Groff, star of the hit musical Simply In Time. The Circle doesn’t divide nominees by gender, so the performing classes are significantly tight.

See the entire listing of nominations under.
