Beth Behrs is reflecting on her time on The Neighborhood and is “grateful” to CBS for choosing up the sitcom for one remaining season to correctly say goodbye, not like with 2 Broke Ladies.
Behrs’ submit comes after the attention community renewed the sitcom she co-stars in with Max Greenfield, Tichina Arnold, and Cedric the Entertainer for an eighth and remaining season.
“Most of my 20s have been on 2 Broke Ladies, virtually all of my 30s have been on The Neighborhood and I’ll usher in my 40s as we finish our story,” Behrs posted on Instagram.
“Kat Dennings and I by no means obtained a goodbye or an finish to our 2 Broke Ladies story, and I’m simply so grateful to CBS for an opportunity to say goodbye to Gemma the instantly.”
Dennings replied to Behrs submit, saying, “WOOOO!!! Go Beth!!!!”
Earlier than starring on The Neighborhood, Behrs starred in one other CBS sitcom, 2 Broke Ladies, alongside Kat Dennings. The collection, created by Michael Patrick King and Whitney Cummings, ran for six seasons and was canceled in 2017. Behrs performed the function of Caroline Channing who turns into a waitress after dropping her wealth following her father’s imprisonment as a result of a Ponzi scheme.
On her seven years of staring in The Neighborhood, Behrs famous that they’ve “been a few of the most memorable of my life.”
“We made it by Covid, strikes, elections… and got here out stronger,” she added. “Endlessly grateful to our total forged and crew. Right here’s to one of the best season but! Season 8 lets gooooo.”
