Her shapewear and attire firm Skims has signed a 10-year lease on 245-247 Regent Road, taking on Ted Baker’s earlier retailer.
The 12,000-square-foot retailer is about to open in the summertime of 2026.
The signing comes from The Crown Property, which owns the vast majority of the retail and enterprise property on Regent Road.
