The brainchild of Delphine Jelk, Guerlain director of fragrance creation, and Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, Hennessy’s grasp blender, the brand new limited-edition Behavior Rouge Spirit was produced by mixing the parfum after it soaked for weeks in two barrels — one which contained cognac for 10 years and the opposite untouched. The method helps Guerlain’s perfume to soak up the barrel’s wooden essence and remodel it into a novel mixture of notes.
